The Imagination Library at Rutland Free Library will be hosting a free children’s literacy event featuring Duncan McDougall, founder of Vermont Children’s Literacy Foundation, on Saturday, April 27, 2024 from 11am-Noon in the Fox Room at the Rutland Free Library. There will be singing, storytelling, and refreshments.
